Who Are We?

Ability Worldwide, Inc. was formed in 2010 to provide experienced and mature solution services to government organizations and businesses seeking to improve and grow their programs into new performance based business models or into new markets for their products and services.

Key strengths lie in the areas of logistics, mission assurance, and sustainment engineering. Ability Worldwide is program focused and will address issues of concern ranging from the executive leadership / board of director level down to the program manager and field service representatives working directly with the end users.


Suzanne Schwitalla

As the founding President of Ability Worldwide, Suzanne has over 25 years experience in the Defense community, serving as an Army Ordnance Officer & in senior management for several defense contracting firms.

Accomplishments include the restructuring, designing strategy for, and selling of initiatives to corporate leadership to pursue multiple business initiatives in logistics & material readiness areas. Suzanne has also led national-level committees within several industry associations over a 10-year period to support numerous advisory projects for Pentagon officials.

Suzanne's education includes an MBA (Georgetown University), an MA in international relations (Boston University) and a BA in chemistry (University of Pennsylvania). She has completed all Ph.D. level coursework in materials science (University of Minnesota), holds a certificate from Harvard University in product development, is a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), and has attended U.S. Army Officer Leadership training programs.
